Wisepon Construction was engaged to design and construct a modern, high-capacity warehouse for Bluestar Logistics in Zimbabwe.
The facility was built to meet international storage standards, ensuring optimal functionality, security, and durability to support the client’s growing operations.
Scope of Work
This project involved the following key stages:
- Site Preparation & Earthworks to accommodate a large-scale structure
- Foundation & Structural Works for high load capacity and open-span interior space
- Roofing & Cladding - Installation of weather-resistant roofing sheets and incorporation of thermal insulation
- High-strength concrete flooring designed for heavy-duty equipment and high traffic
- Stormwater drainage system to protect the facility from flooding
- External paving for truck and forklift access
- Boundary walling and perimeter fencing
