Wisepon Construction was tasked with cleaning and rubberizing the gutters of a commercial property experiencing poor drainage, overflow during rainfall, and early signs of gutter rust and corrosion.

The client needed a long-term solution to prevent leaks and extend the lifespan of their gutter system.

Scope of Work

The project followed a structured process to ensure optimal performance and long-lasting results:

• Initial gutter inspection to identify rust, clogs, damaged joints, and weak points.
• Manual and pressure cleaning of gutters and downpipes to remove leaves, debris, and sludge buildup.
• Sealing of joints and corners using weatherproof silicone sealant.
• Application of liquid rubber waterproof membrane inside gutter channels.
• Final water flow test to confirm full functionality and sealing.

Results and Impact

The client now has a fully sealed and cleaned gutter system that promotes efficient water drainage, eliminates overflow issues, and protects walls and foundations from water damage.

The rubberized lining will prevent rusting and cracking for years to come.
