Scope of Work

This full house construction project involved the following key stages:

• Site preparation and excavation
• Structural foundation works including slab and footing construction
• Brickwork and wall construction using high-quality masonry
• Roofing system installation (including timber trusses and roof sheeting/tiles)
• Electrical and plumbing installation with compliance to Zimbabwean building standards
• Plastering, rendering, and skimming of internal and external walls
• Window and door fitting (aluminum or timber as per client preference)
• Ceiling installation and painting
• Flooring (tiles, vinyl, or polished concrete depending on selected finish)
• Interior finishes and cabinetry
• Exterior landscaping and paving
• Final inspection and client handover
