Scope of Work

• Inspection of the roof surface for peeling, cracks, and moisture penetration.
• Cleaning and preparation using pressure washing to remove dirt, algae, and loose paint.
• Repair of minor leaks and sealing of fasteners or joints.
• Application of a high-performance roof primer to ensure proper adhesion.
• Two coats of UV-resistant, waterproof roof paint using brush, roller, or spray depending on surface type.
• Final inspection to ensure uniform coverage and client satisfaction.
