Asbestos Slates Roof Maintenance

Wisepon Construction was commissioned to conduct specialized maintenance on an asbestos slate roof, which was showing signs of weathering, surface degradation, and minor leakages.

Scope of Work

We implemented a tailored, multi-phase maintenance process:

Roof inspection and risk assessment to identify cracks, moss growth, and broken slates.
Manual cleaning to remove moss, algae, and debris without disturbing the asbestos material.
